Rights and obligations when using our anti-phishing services.
These terms apply to all use of MailSecure Anti-Phishing services, including the website antiphishing.cyfox.co.il, URL scanning, threat detection, and any related tools or APIs. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
- “User” or “you”: anyone who accesses or uses our services
- “Services”: all offerings provided by Cyfox, including the site and scanning/security features
- “Site”: the website antiphishing.cyfox.co.il and associated pages
Use of our services is subject to acceptance of these terms. You must use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any documentation or policies we provide. You may not attempt to circumvent security, abuse the scanning or API systems, or use the services to harm others or their systems.

- Use the services only for lawful and intended purposes
- Keep any credentials or access details confidential
- Comply with applicable laws and our usage guidelines
- Provide the anti-phishing and scanning services in line with our published descriptions
- Protect your data in accordance with our privacy policy
- Offer reasonable support and maintain service availability where agreed
- Update and improve the services and communicate material changes where appropriate
Where payment applies, fees and billing terms are set out in your agreement or on the relevant product page. Cancellation and refunds are governed by that agreement and applicable law.
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and, where applicable, to the amounts set out in your service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the services, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated (e.g. by notice on the site or by email). Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
